TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations are to be communicated in written and INR 1500.00 minimum for postponement of trip. Besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:

1. 30 days or more prior to departure of the tour in advance 0 % cancellation charge.

2. 30 days to 15 days in advance 50% Cancellation charge.

3. 14 days to 07 days in advance 75% Cancellation charge.

4. Less than 7 days 100% Cancellation charge.
